Capabilities & scope

Shape the right capabilities.

Plan the features around your users, operations, and the systems you already use.

01 /

Service requests

Capture the service type, location and information operators need to assess a request without asking customers to repeat themselves.

02 /

Scheduling and assignment

Plan how work is scheduled and assigned, whether staff allocate jobs manually or the workflow requires a broadcast or acceptance step.

03 /

Field updates

Design task status and job information for the people delivering the service. Connectivity and device constraints should shape the field experience.

04 /

Approvals and payment handoff

Define completion review and payment-related approvals, including changes, rejected work and requests needing follow-up.

A role for every workflow

Different needs.
One connected system.

Explore the perspectives to bring into discovery. Final modules and permissions are agreed in scope.

  • Describe and request a service
  • Review the booking or assignment status
  • Follow completion and payment steps
A useful first conversation

Bring the details
that matter.

  • Document cancellations, reassignment and unsuccessful visits.
  • Identify what field teams need when connectivity is unreliable.
  • Agree who can approve completion and payment changes.

Useful answers

Before we
get started.

Do customers and field teams need separate apps?

That depends on their tasks and access needs. Separate applications may help very different workflows, while a web portal or shared application may be sufficient for a smaller initial scope.

Can jobs be broadcast to service partners?

A broadcast workflow is documented in the PanggilTukang portfolio entry. For a new system we would define eligibility, acceptance rules and what happens when nobody accepts.

Can we automate assignment immediately?

Automation should follow clear operational rules. Starting with a visible manual assignment process can help establish reliable data before introducing more complex allocation logic.

Keep exploring.
