Useful answers

Before we
get started.

Can online and offline channels share inventory?

Shared inventory can be designed after agreeing which system owns stock and how updates, reservations and failures are handled.

Will it work with our existing hardware?

Printers, scanners and payment terminals need a compatibility review before they are included in scope.

Can the system work without an internet connection?

Offline operation requires specific synchronization and conflict rules. It should be evaluated as a separate requirement.

Keep exploring.
